3 MIND BLOWING WEIGHT LOSS TIPS FOR YOU

 DID YOU KNOW, that you can actually eat what you love and still lose weight? Yes, you heard that right! Often, weight loss can disrupt our thinking when we focus too much on dieting. By allowing ourselves to enjoy our favorite foods while staying on track, we can shift our mindset positively.

That's why I created this blog—to help you understand how you can achieve this. Here are some free tips from my "Ultimate Cutting Guide!"

Firstly, consider what you enjoy eating and how frequently you consume it throughout a typical day—including drinks. Is this eating pattern healthy? Does it lean towards carbs or proteins?

If you find yourself consuming too many carbohydrates, don't eliminate this food group from your diet. Instead, aim to reduce your intake by half, allowing you to enjoy it in moderation. Eating in moderation is MOST IMPORTANT TIP #1 to eating what you love and losing weight / and Or , Maintaining your weight !  Eating in moderation not only allows you to eat what you love but also help with those of you that have binge eating disorders ! 

Tip #2: Are you someone who sits for most of the day? If so, it's crucial to get moving! Increasing your physical activity levels brings you closer to your weight loss goals. Remember, being able to move is a blessing—so get up and take action! Being more active helps you burn calories every day.

And finally, Tip #3 To successfully eat what you love while losing weight, measure, measure, measure! Monitoring your food intake is key to achieving your weight loss goals and enjoying the foods you love. With a clear understanding of what you're consuming, you can ensure your portion sizes are spot on. Measuring your food gives you a clear perspective on how much your eating and what that serving size looks like !
